Can you customize different voltages, plugs, or logos?
Yes. We support optional 110V/220V voltages, and plugs can be customized to local standards (US, EU, UK, AU, etc.). Logo customization via silk screening or nameplate is available for MOQ of 500 units.
What is the lead time for production and delivery?
Production lead time is 35 days after receiving deposit and sample approval. Sea freight to Europe takes about 55 days.
What are your payment terms? Can you accept L/C or D/A?
We accept 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L. For long-term customers with good credit, we can accept sight L/C.
What brand of compressor do you use, and how long is its warranty period?
We use Donper or equivalent top-tier compressor brands. The whole unit has a 2-year warranty, and the compressor is covered for 3 years.
Does the freezer support wide voltage operation? Will it shut down frequently in areas with unstable power supply?
Yes. Our wide voltage module supports a fluctuation range of 160V～250V, with built-in overload and under-voltage protection, ensuring reliable operation in regions with unstable power grids like Africa and Southeast Asia.
